Terms of Service

OnlyTheElite is a subscription for the OnlyTheElite app on a television or browser. A plan includes one connection for the length you pay for: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months at the price published on the plans page.

Channel and title availability can change. This site does not promise a specific lineup, a specific title, or a partnership with any network.

You pay the published USD price through hosted checkout when it is offered. The paid term starts after we verify the payment and activate the service.

Plans do not auto-renew. At the end of the term the service stops unless you complete a new checkout.

One connection means one active login at a time. Sharing the login so several people stream at once is outside the plan.

You are responsible for the email address you give us and for keeping login details private once they are issued.
