Terms of Service

OnlyTheElite provides player software: an Android TV APK and a live-only browser player. Movies and series are app-only, not available through the web player. Each term purchases software access only; hardware is not included or sold by OnlyTheElite.

OnlyTheElite does not sell, provide, host, bundle, or license television channels, movies, series, networks, or other programming. You connect your own compatible, authorized media service or playlist. Browser playback is limited to live TV and the guide; Android TV APK playback handles other supported media. OnlyTheElite does not sell, preload, or ship streaming hardware.

You pay the published USD price for app access through hosted checkout when it is offered. The paid term starts after we verify the payment and activate the account.

Each payment covers one term. Plans do not automatically charge you for a new term. Renew manually. Look for renewal payment instructions at the email you used at checkout. If a reminder has not arrived before your plan ends, contact billing for the renewal payment link. For renewal help or payment instructions, contact billing@onlytheelitetv.com from your checkout email.

At the end of the paid term, app access stops unless renewal payment is verified. Check your email for renewal payment instructions. If you do not receive a reminder, contact billing before the term ends.

One plan is one active login at a time. Sharing the login so several people stream at once is outside the plan.

You are responsible for the media service or playlist you connect, for having the right to use it, and for keeping your OnlyTheElite credentials private once they are issued.
